Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the terms below.

1. The booking fee/deposit is payable and will be requested via email. 

​

A non refundable deposit is (due in receipt of receiving this contract) made payable to Christina Rotondo is required to guarantee the booking of this event. 

​

 

1.1 The remaining balance shall be paid at least 7 (seven) days prior to the event and will be requested via email. Payment is accepted via bank transfer.

​

Please note that without prior payment of the event, the performers may refuse performance without refund.

​

Please note, that payments cannot be made any earlier than 30 days before the event. 

​

 

1.2 Overtime: Please note, that the performers will arrive at a minimum 30 minutes before the performance is due to start, excluding exceptional or unforeseen circumstances out of their control. 

 

Due to travel and performance timings within The Performers work schedule, an additional fee of £100.00 per hour may incur for any additional time spent beyond the agreed timings.

2.1 Cancellation by the client any time up to 90 days before the event will not incur any charges. In the event of a cancellation after the 90 day period incurs the following charges: 

​

- Up to 60 days before the event - 25% of the remaining balance will be owed

- Up to 30 days before the event - 50% of the remaining balance will be owed

​

 

2.2 In the event of cancellation, the deposit may be refunded up to 90 days prior to the event. In the event the performers cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded.

3.1 Each booking includes 10 miles of travel. Please note that additional travel expenses are calculated at a rate of 0.45 per mile as per HMRC guidelines. 

​

 

3.2 Please note that evening or full day performances are based off a no later Than 11pm finish time.

 

In the event that the performers will arrive home later than 2:30am or have a returning journey than longer of 2 hours, the clients will provide suitable accommodation for The Performers.

4.1 Please note that The Performers both hold public liability insurance up to £1,000,000 each, as well as fully owned and PAT tested equipment.
